Hey guys, I got a gt35/40 and I need the flange to make a downpipe. Anybody know what size flange it is? I think its a 3 inch T3 flange but I can only find 2.5 inch flanges out there. Anyone know what size I need and where to get it? I have a gt35/40 with a 1.06 exhaust. Thanks in advance for the help.

 

Any of you guys have any experience with the Xtreme turbo 55mm wastegates? Any problems? Reliability?
I have one and I'm missing the v-band clamps for it. Those clamps cost $50 each and I need two of them. At that cost I may just buy a new wastegate. Anyone have a source for 2.5 inch v-band clamps?

 

We have the GT/35 40 V-Band flange for the downpipe. $75 plus shipping. That's our cost. We just had a bunch of them made for our BSC GT35/40 Turbo kits. The price is higher because of the labor it took to build the program for the CNC machine. Our next batch will be cheaper.

 

Is this a v-band adaptor? Because my gt3540 has a 4 bolt discharge type of housing.

We use the 4 bolt too. I thought you were talking about the insert for the actual turbo. We can get you the flange for the downpipe too. Do you want it in stainless or mild?
