Maybe you should consider a cheaper turbo that isnt a bad price for a high HP kit.

that's actually a really good price for the t88 kit. i doubt you'll find it any cheaper unless you get a used kit

The T88 can easily do 500hp.
Some of the T88 models have potential to make over 600hp!
Have you ever tried pricing the HKS T51R Kai and SPL turbos???

You need to pay for this kinda performance.
I'm getting tired of hearing people keeping whining about cheap prices.
This **** ain't cheap.

If you have a problem with prices, why not get a Garrett turbo???
They are cheaper and easier to get in the U.S.

Let me give you a clue...**** from Japan is expensive.

Word.

Isn't the T88 old anyways? I agree with getting a Garrett turbine, or at least something the size of the T88 that you won't have to fork over your liver for. You'll spend considerably less, and that'll make your mother happy.

I am sure you can get 600 hp using a Garrett turbocharger. Hell, I've seen 650 hp from a GT3037, at 1.67 bar, and some really good tuning.

BTW, what are you planning with your supposed T88?

Check out the Garrett GT-series GT42 / GT45.
This is basically what the HKS T51R Kai turbos are based on.
Power potential from 500hp on up to over 700hp if tuned right.
This has to be cheaper than $3,500?
