This is the single turbo section. Any way, depending on what mods, factory ported engine or street ported engine any where from 390rwhp- 410rwhp about 16psi and maybe 500rwhp-530rwhp about 28psi only on race gas. Mine made 410rwhp at 16psi on pump gas I never turned the boost up past that. here are my mods in my signature

The T-78 is the most widely used turbo kit for the 93+ RX-7 and has been for years. Its a great kit! I made 424 RWHP at 15lbs of boost with that kit on a stock motor.

Do you have any lean issues? I have a T78 kit coming but I was advised to get 1600cc injectors on top of what I already have(1200cc secondaries). So I'll have a total of 6 injectors totalling (550, 1200, 1600).

I would like to know this too, also is it true what I have heard of Greddy turbos? I have heard that Mitsu/Greddy turbos are non-rebuildable, which means you'll have to buy a new turbo. but Greddy doesn't sell turbos by themselves, you have to get the WHOLE turbo kit, even though all you need is the turbo assembly.

I have heard thats how Greddy is when it comes to the kits for Civics and Integras, I wasn't sure if that applied to bigger single kits like for the FD and MKIV.

EDIT: another question, will the Greddy 2 row FMIC IC kit "bolt-up" to the T78 kit? or is there some minor fabrication needed to get them to fit together?

TIA

Thats alot of fuel! You dont need that much and your fuel pump probably woundnt handle that much anyway.

550 + 1600 is plenty depending on application.

There are a few shops that will rebuild the T-78 for a resonable price.

you say 550+1600 is enough, how about 550+1300 (secondary bored out), I know it's probably a long shot but would that be enough for a setup similar to xtrme7's? I'm guessing the answer is no.

thanks for the info about the rebuilds

I have a friend that just had his T-78 rebuilt for a good price and a quick turn around time. The 550 + 1300 should be plenty depending on the amount of boost you run I have 550 + 1200 run 16psi and my power FC says I am useing 80%duty cycle wich is how much the injectors are squirting so my opinion is I probally have enough fuel for 20psi , you will be fine with the 1300cc injectors if you have a set up similar to mine. Also you need someone to tune the car that REALLY knows what they are doing

Oh ! on the Greddy 2 row FMIC you would need to modify the pipeing to make that turbo work but it is easy I did mine myself. You can see a picture here of my engine bay the way I rerouted the pipeing www.cecreg.com/js/ and yes it is for sale

Maybe I misunderstood what Dave said(KD). I think he might've meant that I needed to switch my 1200cc's for 1600's. I thought that it was alot of fuel also. I already have a upgraded fuel pump(Nippodenso) so I'll probably have to bore out my 1200cc's again. Will I need a custom fuel rail if i do go 1600cc's or can I use the stock secondary fuel fail? Also, if I can't use the secondary rail for 1600's can I use the Greddy elbow with the injector bosses on them? Thanks in advance

Who did your power fc tuning for the t78. I have that turbo and the pfc but wasn't sure what to change in the settings of the pfc. Any maps or advice would be much appreciated.

Nice job on the car , why would you sell such a well turned out car??
