Have long have you owned the car? There are tons of other modifications and considerations involved in order to safely run either turbo you mentioned.
To answer your question, the HKS is capable of massive power of 600+ to the wheels. The T78 is easily capable of 425+ and over 500. It's all up to what kind of car you're trying to build.
