With the greddy manifold that comes with the T78 it has 2 spots to put the EGT one the leads towards the WG and one thats off the exhaust port, im assuming i choice the one off the exaust port, or dose it even matter?

 

K well i was under the impression that the Greddy EGT probe wouild fit in the wholes that are pluged off on the Greddy manifold, but i was wrong, so i need a reducer on the EGT probe, but my question is are those wholes on the Manifold meant for a EGT? ALso dose the probe need to be in the path of the exhaust gas or can i be kinda barried in the reducer. Thanks

can you post a pic for this i would like to see that i can currently looking for a tubular header for a new tubo set mayby somone can point me in the right direction thaks all

 

Those aren't EGT holes, those are holes for heat shield bolts. You'll need to drill/tap/weld an EGT fitting in.

 

Thats what i figured i was all happy when i saw those holes but when they didnt i was bummed. Just dont want to take the Exhaust mani off for this casue i just got it running right! Thanks for the reply!
