It's hard to say what kit you should go with. Generally, any of the "big popular" single turbos can allow you get over 400 rwhp on a streetported 13B. Turbochargers such as the T66, T78, GT35/40, T51 Kai, T04E/R/S, T61, KKK Stage 2, TD06, etc. With a large turbo such as the ones above, you can acheive 400 rwhp by running about 13-20 psi depending on which turbo and the tuning of the engine. You should be able to reach full boost by about 3200-4200 rpm depending on which turbo and how much boost you are running.

For a fuel pump you can add a Walbro 255 lph pump. Other options are to add in a second stock pump which will give you even more flow but requires custom work to make it fit and additional lines and fittings. The bosch pump is a popular choice but is usually not necessary unless going for really high power levels.

For injectors 850cc primary / 1200cc secondary would be a nice setup. You can get away with stock 550cc primary / 1600cc secondary even sometimes if tuned good. 1000cc/1000cc is another option. I'd say if you have about 4000-4300cc total you should be fine.
