Which gauge should I use?

Ok guys my car will be tuned with a wideband but just to keep safe should I run a ETG gauge or A/F? which is better and why? Thanks Channon

I run both on my car and they have been very helpful in the tuning process. My car is a drag car only so I can't provide input on a street car. At the track I always use both systems by recording video gauge display for every pass. This has provided information that is precise for my application. After running both systems for a couple of years now I find myself only using the EGT Meter. The Computech unit is probably one of the most widely used in the Rotary community. But, I have seen a Motec EGT Meter that has a lot of smarts built into the product.

If the dyno has a wide band then an in-car WBO2 would just be redundant data where the EGT will provide data that can assist in the fine tuning of your ignition maps.

That's the gauge I'm planning on going with. I've got to recover from all of the other purchases I've made first though.
