Garrett M12 & M24 turbo identification W/ measurments

I have a set of turbos that I'm curious to know exactly what they are. There rebuilt, I've had them for 2 years and never used them for anything. They are both externally waste gate, both A/R .60 cold side & .81 on the hot side.

Measurement for the internals are as follows:
1st turbo has a Garrett & Allied signal tag. Also looks to have water freeze plugs?
P/N ZGM0003
S/N 466324-9002

Hot-side:
Wheel - 2.891 in or 73.43mm
Hub - 2.917 or 74.09mm ( If a hub is what it's considered)
Where the NUT is tightened - .858 in or 21.80mm

Coldside-
Wheel - 2.951 in or 74.95mm
Flange that goes into the actual housing - 5.494 in or 139.55mm
Where nut is tightened - .685 or 17.40mm

Markings Noted: on the Cold-side wheel- 786 & paint stamped RO 56

Second turbo W/ no tag:
Hot-side:
Wheel - 2.880 in or 73.15mm
Hub - 2.912 in or 73.96mm
Nut - .865 in or 21.97mm

Cold-side:
Wheel - 2.940 in or 74.68mm
Flange - 5.490 in or 139.44mm
Nut - .690 in or 17.52mm

Noted markings on cold-side:
On the wheel - 0 & A on opposite sides & 786 cast in tho the wheel. Ink stamp says : BAL 7 Back side stamped on the Cold-side - M9 & A

Any info would be nice. I'm pretty sure they are T4 flanges as well.
