Yes lol. The semi-finals I beat a 9.60 Honda. Just so happened how the ladder went down. I got luck in the semi-finals as I was low on fuel and got fuel slosh in 2nd gear. Car bucked pretty bad. Time for a fuel cell! lol.

well congrats man, what tranny are you using? doesn't seem like you're consistent enough (no offense) to be rocking a stalled auto. Also in that first video you posted of the finals it sounded like a multi-gear burnout.

Congrats!!

What rear shocks are you using?
It seems your rebound, could use some tweaking?

Thanks Scott. How are ya? Shocks are just ordinary Koni yellows. I just need to tweak it a bit more and play with air pressure in the tires. Still cutting 1.4 60's so its not far off.

Why the switch from meth to water?

Race sanctions don't allow any fuel as an auxiliary injectant, even if it's a windshield washer mix. It's stupid...

Correct. NSCRA doesn't allow meth injection in the true street class.

Knock on wood, I think Ray has found me a pretty good setup. This motor is 1.5yrs old and still has perfect compression. Ray has a good combo of clearancing, balancing, stock corner seals, and 3mm one piece NRS apex seals.

1.5 years old? Did you recently blow an engine up with 2mm nrs seals ?

I remember reading thought the ENTIRE NRS ceramic apex seal thread a few weeks ago.

So those seals are working pretty darn good for you than Ernie?!

Hey Ernie, what kind of compression numbers do you make with the 1-piece seals? Do you have any desire to switch out to a 2-piece ceramic in the future for sealing, or are you happy with them?

Don't remember what Ray said they were to be honest. I just remember him saying they were the exact same as when we cranked it up the first time. And no I like the one piece. All the PR cars that run high hp meth cars all run the one piece. I'll stick with what i know works.

Its July 25, next Sunday. But no, I'll be at the beach with a bunch of friends for a golf weekend. There's another NSCRA race at MIR in Sept. though and I'll be there for that one.
