Fuel questions - Leaning out @ top of 4th...

I agree. Granted the old pump wasn't rated for the power level you were at, but it was apparently doing just fine initially. A rewire will add a considerable amount of extra fuel. It's also easy to do. Regarding your injectors, if they start getting maxed out, a simple solution is to raise base pressure. I run 50 psi base pressure with 550/1680 and dual stock fuel pumps. My duty went to 90% when pushing 26 psi out of a masterpower t70. Here's a fuel calculator that let's you play with different numbers to see the effect on fuel, power, pump, injector etc. http://www.wannaspeed.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=19&chapter=1
Good information, thanks!
Changing out the pump may have been unnecessary, but I'd rather err on the side of caution.
Besides, now I have more fuel should I decide to raise the boost in the future.
