Fuel Pump Relay?

would there be any reason to not run the uel pump relay that goes in the relay box in front of the radiator on single turbo set up?

The FPR is needed and can be placed anywhere. The question should have been about the FP speed relay. Its purpose is to only apply full voltage to the pump when needed. This reduces pump wear, and lowers presure when engine power is low.

That is a good thing for a street car, but is not good for racing as it is one more item/circuit that can fail.
