Fuel Pump/Fuel Reg

I'm planning on going sigle turbo soon ( Apexi RX6 ) and was just wondering..what kinda Fuel Pump and Regulator will do the right job ? any kind of advise will help me a lot and how much will it cost ?

My setup is overkill, but if you like overkill the A'PEXi BNR-32 pump and Aeromotive adjustable FPR will do the job.

Of course, you would probably be fine with one of the higher-flow Denso pumps and the stock regulator.
