Anybody running the supra tt fuel pump on a moderatly large single setup (gt35,gt40,T78)? If so, how does it hold up?

the supra pump can flow 255lph, depends on what injectors you're using and how much boost you plan to run

No you would need dual pumps for that.

With the Supra pump (RX7.com) I started dropping fuel pressure under heavy boost at 19lbs with 1600cc secondaries and 550 primaries. I still only have stock lines. The fuel pump was rewired with 10 guage wire. I ran out at 17lbs with the stock wiring.

I bought -6 lines, 850 primaries, and a second fuel pump that I need to install. I may consider just buying the A1000 fuel pump instead and sell the fuel pumps. Would this be a better idea than going twin pumps?

I ran the A1000 and it worked, but it was to damn loud. Better to go with dual pumps.

Not too worried about how loud it was....but the main reason I was scared to run dual pumps is that if one goes out, I have a better chance of blowing my motor because the car will still allow boost.

I would think if the A1000 went out....I would notice immediately.
