With the fpr vacuum hose disconnected and plugged too. 40 or 43 if you need more fuel to be able to lower your injector duty cycle after tuning because it will be rich.

And if you run higher than stock fuel pressure and have a Power FC and datalogit, you can just edit the fuel injector settings, check out this fuel calculator at http://www.rceng.com/technical.aspx

I recently turned up my base fuel pressure to 44, and a fuel pump rewire with a good relay and 10 gauge wiring straight to the pump, with 850s and 1680s, I changed my fuel injector settings Front Primary and Rear Primary to 61, Q Primary to 901 and Q Secondary to 1781 (instead 64.7 and 850 and 1680). I actually changed these settings a couple times, because first I upped it to 40 then upped it to 44 and a better fuel pump rewire job, but this is what I use now. This gets the AFR back to about where it was before fuel pressure changes, and therefore minimal tuning changes are needed to get your AFR back to about the same as before.

Datalogging AFR and fuel pressure is highly recommended, and getting your boost controlled good so that your boost, AFR and fuel pressure is more smooth and consistent which for me required a stiffer wastegate spring closer to the desired boost pressure, if running high boost. These are all things I've been doing lately and learning alot.
