fuel pressure regulator question
So I found a fuel pressure regulator which I like.
It's a mallory 1 in, 3 out.
fuel line feeds the regulator, it regulates the pressure at the regulator, has the return at the regulator and then the 2 outlets for the fuel rails.
Requires capping off one end of each fuel rail.
I don't see why this wont work. All regulators do the same thing, foreign or domestic. It's just a weird way which I've never encountered before.
Would make for a very clean setup which is also why I didn't go w/ a SX regulator to start with as I want all black since my fuel system will be all black in the engine bay for ninja capabilities.

I was wondering
1) how do I run a pulsation dampener w/ a setup like this? I may just run none and hope the FPR dampens it like most aftermarket do
2) Would it just be OK to weld up the ends of the fuel rail? I don't see any problems. Reason being is I cannot find any m12x1.25 or m14x1.5 earls type plugs.
3) I was thinking about ceramic coating my fuel rails to keep it from heatsoaking the rails and then the fuel itself. May need to do just the outside in hopes of nothing possibly contaminating my fuel. Dunno how resillient the ceramic coating is to fuel.......
Any one have any ideas why this wont work or suggestions?
Thanks,
Ben Martin
