FMIC installed, have questions

I just finished installing the X02 racing FMIC on my '90 T2 (stock turbo, HKS intake and hks bov) everything is done and the car is running but i have a few issues. The idle is around 2200rpms and was around 700 before. The boost gauge shows over coming vacuum then i hit the fuel cut. I think i have a vacuum issue. Idk what to do with the 2 vacuum lines that went to the stock top mount, Should i cap them off or what. Also on the passenger side of the engine the big hose that went from the engine to where the intake comes out of the turbo idk if that should be capped or i need to run that to the new piping. im pretty sure these 3 lines are where my problem is ill try to get pics up so you guys can see exactly what im talking about.

x02racing is a vendor here on the club. Those are "ebay-like", Greddy replica.

Got the FMIC on my FD, running great.
