Fittings on WG

I have the 50mm hks style Wastegate. What do i do about the fittings on top of the waste gate. I have the one that is for the vacuum line to the Boost controller. But i dont have a boost controller yet so do i leave it open or cap it? also theres another opening which looks like its for a 10 mm bolt. Should i just put a 10mm bolt in it?

The extra holes at the end can be left open if you want to run base spring pressure. The hole in the center is for a 10mm adjustment bolt that should go to a plate inside that preloads the spring for more base pressure. The other is of course for the boost controller.
