Question Filter size for T78?

I dropped off the turbo kit at the exhaust shop to have a few things changed and realized I'd forgotten to check the diameter of the compressor inlet. I need to purchase a filter for it asap. Does anyone know what the inlet size is off hand? 4"?

LOL, yeah that's what came on it when I picked the kit up. Living in S. Florida, the sand and old people capital of the world, it's not a great idea if you plan on keeping the turbo or engine for any length of time :-)

Who's setup is that? How are they using regular banjo clamps with braided lines? Are they merely cutting back the braids to expose the rubber or is it clamping over the top of the stainless braid as well?

The polished compressor housing looks killer. Maybe I should have that done before sliding it into the engine bay.

That is my setup.

banjo clamps, just clamped over the SS.

Sand, we don't have too much of that here in Ohio.

The polished housing is an option with the GT35/40 kit from ASpec.

4" for the filter. I made a adapter so I could get rid of that crappy foam filter and run a K&N.

What do you mean an adapter? Cant one just use a 4" K&N or similar filter with a banjo clamp around it's base? Have any pictures I could look at Bill? Thanks again :-)

Not sure, just took one of my normal vacuum hoses into a performance shop and said, "hey, I need braided stainless lines this size" and handed him my vacuum hose sample. $14 for 6 feet.
