A few turbo n/a questions

I have indeed done a search and did not find what I was looking for. So here is my question.

I have a 86 GXL:

Even though the TD04 mitsubishi turbo is considered way to small for a 13b, will it work for 200ish horsepower? The only reason I am asking this is because I am possibly getting a free, good condition, wrx turbo.

Next question if I do get this turbo setup on my N/A would I be able to run it on a S4 turbo ecu?

It is also 1:39 a.m. so it is possible I missed something when I searched. Please forgive me.

Most guys seem to use TII turbos on their rotary engines when they are using something small. I am doing this to my 12A NA.

Another thing to note is that Megasquirt I V3.0 PCB is very cheap, you should consider this option for the ECU.

do not use that turbo. it is beyond small for the rotary.. you wouldn't make jack for power and would have stupid high egt's. if you really only want 200hp then just use a stock TII turbo.
