Few questions for ppl running 13b-re
My stock twins just went bad and I'm looking to buy a Gt40r, but I wanted to rebuild my re and make the exhaust ports bigger.
Has anyone run the Gt40r on the stock motor with out switching the exhaust port sleeves on a FC? I'm guessing that it would be hard to spool this size turbo with the stock sleeves.
Also, what exhaust manifold is everyone running?
It seems to me that most are custom since the RE is in an FC. Has anyone bought the GT40r kit from rx7 store. I asked Jason and he wasn't positive if it would clear. Thanks for any help.
