i have a question because a coupe of days ago i heard a subaru WRx with just 3 inch exhaust and a N1 muffler and it had a whithle (sorry for my bad grammar) sound coming out of the exhaust and he only had the stock turbo. and i was wondering how you can make it sound in a rotary? i had a 2.5 coming of the turbo with a N1 muffler too before i had to put the presilencer and i never heard my turbo like that. just wordering if rotary have a different sound or just the pulsations of the engine takes over that. thanks

 

The main thing with the WRX is the pipe work for the exhaust headers is different length, this is the bit that gives it that off-beat sound.
