Engine Removal

Is there any good website that show you exactly how to remove a 3rd Gen RX7 motor single turbo?

I don't know of any sights for single turbo engine removal, but you can search the forum for regular engine removal. Just follow the same instructions.

Its alot easier BTW, I just took mine out 2 weeks ago and am in the process of cleaning the internal parts right now. If I had all the stock stuff still on there I bet it would of taken alot longer. But here are a few tips anyway...

-take motor and tranny out as one
-just unbolt the powersteering pump, a/c pump, and slave cylinder (that way you don't have to change any of those fluids/freon)
-for single downpipe comes off easily so just take it off and get it out of the way, keep it on for stock twins
-pull the wiring harness through the firewall and take out with the motor
-unbolt motor mounts from subframe, jack motor up some, then unbolt them from the block (Much easier to slide out that way

hope that gets you started

I just did this as well, but unlike 0110-m-p I took the motor out without the tranny. Very easy
It all depends on what you'd rather do. I took my time with some friends helping and it probably took us 6 hours including bullshitting around time.
