GA EGT question

Getting ready to fire off my car. It has a Haltech F7C that my computers (2 of them) will not communicate with. This engine and ecu were supposedly dyno tuned together in another car. I spoke to RC Engineering and they said my injectors needs 45psi. That part is handled.
I am looking at one of the wide band data loggers. What are safe egt's.
I have played with n/a rotaries for 20+ years, but this is my first turbo. I know how to read spark plugs, but I also know that too lean under boost spells disaster. I would hate for my first clue to be engine damage.
Help please!

GA no access

That is correct. If the Haltech has not held it's map or if I can not get the fuel pressure right, I will be swapping to megasquirt. I was hoping not to have to do that.
