Ebay 1600cc injectors fitment?

I was browsing eBay the other and I came across these Ford Racing (bosche ev1) 1600cc injectors. I was hoping someone could tell me if it looked like they would fit into the 1600cc rail from RX7store.net (FD). They are low impedence (grey tops)?, and I'm not familiar with what that means. The seller has 100% positive feedback too. Thanks for the time, Evan

So what is the difference or advantage/disadvantage of a low impedence injector compared to a high impedence injector?

Can you tell me were the ones you used blue tops? Also what bore size did you machine the rail to. Thanks, Carl. TurboR1, I sent you an email, I want to buy two of the 1680s. Carl

that or u can give the top plastic part of the injector a little trim with a dremal and just get some new o`rings [ that way if u ever have to put standard injectors in they will still fit]

That's what I am currently doing, but when I disassembled for inspection, I found that the O rings were starting to fail. ~80 psi, and stacked O rings may not be a great idea... I may try an O'ring/Nylon washer/O ring set up, instead of the three O rings. that way they each have a mechanical shoulder, as opposed to the three O ring setup, where the bottom two just push against the top O ring. It was the bottom two that were deforming. Also the screw on my stock FC FPD had fallen out, just a little diphragm between my gasoline@80 psi, and my manifold.. Scary! I think I heard recently of somebody loosing a car to a failed stock FPD... Carl

So who bought injectors from turboR1 ?
