the most important mod is tuning.

no more octane this is a street car, maybe water injection if the owner decides to do so, but i am not sure. the 550+1600 combo should be good for some more power...there was no fuel perssure gauge on the car at this time, after the injectors get sent out there will be one on there. i want to make sure the fuel pressure is not dropping.

Shame on you for running the car hard on the dyno with no fuel pressure gauge. Without the fuel pressure gauge, how do you know what the base fuel pressure is? How do you know that fuel pressure is not falling off at the top end, and you just keep adding inj. duty to compensate?
I would check the fuel pressure before I jumped to conclusions that the injectors are not 1600cc injectors.

the car wasnt equipped with a fuel presure gauge, and this was pretty much a baseline run, even if the pressure did fall off some i would see it in the duty cycles, but it was climing consitent with boost, so i am pretty sure its not falling off, and if it is its minor.

Which isn't a bad thing if you've got the fuel, but 1600's shouldn't be maxing out at those boost levels.

boost has nothing to do with injecotor duty cycle, if you meant at that power level then yes.
full boost is under 3500 as you can see from the dyno chart, the curve doesnt have to be flat even if the boost is the same from 3500 and up, it has to do with engine VE.
i do rebuild work and porting as tuning and many other things

I am interested in the t04s....You have any for sale ? Also which stand alone are you using? Anyone know how much an F-con ecu upgrade maxes out on hp? Thats what I have and I doubt I will ever afford a standalone
