yes it has alot to do with ur w/g actually.

t88 is right.

check to see what kinda of boost controller u use.different brands will spool the turbo slower than others.

like a w/g spring set at 15lbs using no b. controller will take all nite as where u use a 10lb setting with a boost controller set at an extra 5lbs.(15lbs altogether).it will hit it in no time.i discovered this with my t78.how good ur boost controller is able to channel exhuast gas is a big factor,that many ppl still dont believe.

So is it best to run a wastegate spring closest to your target boost? For example, my wastegate spring opens at about 10 psi. I usually run 15psi, so would it be better to get a 15 psi spring?

he means to have a lower w/g spring than your target boost and controll the boost above that with the boost controller. To run at 15psi, a 10 psi spring and then controll the boost above that with the boost controller. RIght?

I think t-88 kid no longer post here anymore, I believe he sold his car as a matter of fact. Correct me if im wrong. For some reason all the "been there, done that(hp)" peeps arent active on this forum anymore.
