Dumping Fuel

Brief list of mods:

BDC HBP motor (around 15,000 miles)
Borg warner s362ett
walbro 255lph
Power FC with commander and datalogit
850cc and 1350cc injectors
Stock rails, Stock FPR
BDC HBP 850cc 1680cc base map

I bought this entire setup complete minus engine wiring from someone on these forums about a month ago. I did all the engine wiring, and I believe it is solid.
I kept the FPR solenoid (orange plug) and tossed all the others.

The issue:

The car is very hard to actually get started, but when it does I have to keep my foot in the gas so it stays around 1500rpm. You can literally see clouds of smoke billowing out from under the car (open downpipe right now, my exhaust work isnt quite finished) and its all fuel. I cannot for the life of me figure out what is causing it to dump all of this fuel. If you've got a clue, please chime in.

Thanks,
Brian

I don't think the stock FPR is going to cut it anymore.

previous owner ran it just fine, and i'm running the exact same setup as him so i'd assume i'd be alright

can anyone confirm its the orange connector for the FPR solenoid, and not the green one?
