Congradulations..
Should be getting my Car back with the SINGLE
in another week or two. can't wait..
Now you probably gonna start thinking about a CLUTCH.
Do it now. because after the single goes in. The clutch
you have now, gonna be toast.
Last but not least. Better start thinking of rears ends.

very nice man, patience is key to everything in life i swear... something good always happens to someone who waits rather than rushes. that's why I am buying my kit piece by piece even though it will take me 3 months to get my kit it will all be worth it at the end. I rather wait to do it right than rush and do something horrid and have to start over..... but mad props for getting it under 4g's just post some pics and dyno runs when you get it all done!

no not a typo...got it from a guy here on the forum..."poolman" something ...but yeah 350bucks but shipping ended up being 150bucks because he sent it 3 day...so really only about 200 for the intercooler...yeah i lucked out...just like my car though. I picked it up for 4500 bucks...had 10k miles on reman engine. only needed body work...quote to fix was 9k...i fixed it in 1k...so im pretty lucky

Nice buy. I went the more expensive route with my setup. Except for the install, I paid a friend $150 to go through it with me step by step, so I could learn to do it myself.
You WILL need a clutch and if you are into drag racing, you'll need radials (to hook up), a diff brace and a beefier diff.

Wow.
I got my entire project done for $25K and I thought I had one of the cheapest singled 3rdgens in the country.
Looks like you beat me by a mile!
Good job on the deal hunting!

That price is for everything. Car, mods, paint, tuning, etc. and I know many who have 35-40K into it. I still probably have a few things you dont have.

yeah the motor is stock...but is pretty fresh...less than 25 thousand miles on it. but i know its gonna blow...then i plan on cryo freezing everything...and porting and all that jazz

The stock 2mm seals won't give out just because you are running a single and more boost. That is purely a myth! Plus, cryo treating your internals isn't a requirement either. A good way for some engine shops to make more money though. Talk to BDC, Judge Ito, or Steve Kan if you want some expert opinions on that issue though. Laterz.
