I just took off the exhaust wrap off my dp and the blanket off the exhaust side of my turbo and there are large metal flakes coming off both. tI have a t-78 and it has only been used for 2.5 months. Is this a sign my egt's are way too high? My turbo and manifold have been glowing red numerous times but I always let it cool down. I will try and post pics asap. Also the wrap on my dp just fell apart and the turbo blanket which is only a month old is turing into dust. Since I am only running leading plugs could this be the cause of the higher temps?
