Hello lag and poor gas mileage. There are many other turbos that will be better suited for daily driving. Look into the GT35R, T04, A-Spec 500R

Yeah, not really suited to daily driving. Good old reliable turbo, but there are better options for quicker spool and more power.

there are 3 different T88's available though, keep that in mind.

if you did get a T88, you'd probably want the T88-33D with the 18 cm^2 hotside, which is the smallest T88 compressor wheel with a medium sized turbine housing. I doubt that's the one being offered to you though.

Don't care what T88 your getting, it will be the most laggy turbo you could ever put on your car. Don't do it.

but you know whats worse silverfd. For the lag you get from the turbo you cannot compensate for the power gain over the t78 cause its not worth it at all! 430@12 450@15 for the lag you think you could get more out of it

^^^This is the turbo I am currently running. Dont have any experience with any other t88 housings but the spool time on this is really not any longer than any other 72 trim or similar sized none ball bearing turbo. In fact I expected it to be longer. However I am looking to upgrade so it is going up for sale.
