If your turbo isn't water cooled then it might be a good idea. Although the duel setup of the R1/R2's do a good job already.

I just had a set of CWC oil coolers installed in my car since the RX6 I have is oil cooled only. So in the interests of keeping my oil temperatures lower, I got them to be on the safe side

You don't really need too, stock one runs fine, but if you are interested rotaryextreme.com has a good upgrade kit.

I have dual oil coolers(stock) and my oil temps dont' really climb that high. I am EVENTUALLY going to get the larger dual oil cooler setup...but that's WAY down the line.

no, even in florida you really don't need too. I lived in jacksonville for 5 years, and visit every summer. I also lived in las vegas for 10 years and know hot climates, and I can tell you that the stock system works pretty good. If you are on the gas/racing a lot, then it might be good, but I have never had an issue that was related to the oil cooler.
