do i need a restricter

i have just fitted a borg warner s366 turbo on my fd. if i start it while its hot within approx. 30 mins of shutting it down it will bellow blue smoke for a while then it will stop. i have utilised the standard oil feed line and one of the drain inlets on the motor. do i need a restricter in the feed line or should i plumb the drain line to both of the inlets on the motor
cheers jason

what size drain line are you using?

and by standard oil feed line you mean the stockoil feed line.

One inlet on the motor is OK.
Sounds to me like your drain line itself is too restrictive.

Pictures of your oil feed and drain would be helpful.

Also, this thread is in the wrong section. Off to single turbo.....

No restriction needed. Use your standard 4- line and 1/8" ID fittings.
