The ONLY Tial V Band GT42R available right now is has the 1.01 a/r. The larger 1.15 and 1.3 should be available soon though. If you go with the 74mm GT42 you'll be more than happy with the response and power.
And BTW, the GT42R outspools the T51R big time and makes alot more power doing so. Ray used to have the T51R on his FD and we overlayed his dyno with mine. No comparison.

Now to complicate things even more, i have learned of a turbo called the Billet 76, Sean at a-spec was saying it will out perform an 80mm 45R with the response of a 42r, now I gotta start researching that turbo. Anyone have one?
The reason I say get the GT4276/4271 is because you get the divided housing(great for spool) and you have the awesome Precision billet compressors.
I sort of hijacked my own thread here, I started a new one about the billet stuff, feel free to keep posting on the 42r stuff. Also thanks for all the input, i hope i can decide soon.
get the GT4276. Its a Garrett 42R hotside matched with a Precision 76mm compressor. Ive had great luck with them on Supras, and I know other people who have also. If you dont need 1000+whp you should actually get the GT4271. Its the same thing but has a billet 71mm compressor.

This is what was recommended. As well as the 67 billet for his goals.
