cooldown time after driveing?
i just got a 89 rx-7 turboII and i hear its bad to just turn the car off with out letting it cool down, but i was wondering how long do i need to let it sit befor i can turn it off? and does that only apply to whenever driveing it hard or is it best to always do it? and is ther any way to speed up the cooling process alittle like turning your heater to max and full fan speed?
P.S. im running all stock set up

When dealing with ANY turbo charged car, it is always better to drive the car easy (light throttle-no boost)for a mile or so before shutting it down. This keeps cool fresh air flowing through the rad and oil coolers. Letting the car sit up and idle only heats things up in the engine bay because there is no air flow. If you are driving and not on the boost, the car can easily be treated just like any NA car.
