I pulled my motor out and have been working on removing all the stuff i dont need with a single setup. I have a couple of questions in regards to to the removal of items not needed and the fuel setup.

Do i need any of the below items if i were trying to pass smog in the future?? Did anybody leave any of these items on when you went single and if so, why did you leave them?

Electric Oil Metering Pump
Split Air Valve
EGR
Air Control Valve
Air Control Valve Pipe
BAC Valve
AWS Valve
AWS Pipe
Double Throttle

My last question is about the upgraded fuel system. i have the pump and FPR. I just need to get the injectors, rails and lines. Does anybody have a good writeup on installing a complete fuel system??

 

you dont need the omp, unless you are NOT premixing.
the rest are not needed as long as you put on a cat and have an air pump attached directly to it, it is enouf to pass smog in most states. considering the car is tuned well and is in good running shape.
