Compressor wheel measurement (how hard can it be?)

So i got a new turbo which the seller orignaly thought was a 94mm compwheel, and then measured it only to find out it was 102mm

the turbo arrived today, i am getting roughtly the same measrements (101 - 105, my mic's suck) however the garrett tag cross's to a 731376 which is a gt4294

are you supposto mearsue the base of the compressor wheel itsself, the lowest point of the comp wheel fins, or the largest part of the comp wheel?

Measure the diameter of the back disk, not the largest portion of the compressor wheel.
