what you guys think this turbo could do

what to run around 15 psi on my 87 t2 with landers streetport

all supporting mods already installed

From: look behind you

I would look at the Gt3574 it was made to meet the demand of a non BB 35R turbo. It will do a much better job as well as be a better ($895) price. If you have a T3 manifold and are stuck with it then maybe look at something else. If you aren't stuck in a T3 frame and need a good cost effective performer for your rotary look at the 3574.
