i built that motor to make more power. alot more. and with my ports and all that fuel the car is just asking for more air. im very happy with the 405 RWHP but since a recent incident caused the car to be out for about 3 weeks till i get the oil cooler back. i have decided to take advantage of the time and do it now.

Is it ok to run a water cooled center without water?
Looks like a good deal.

It is not a good idea to run water cooled center without water, I know for a fact you will cause the GT series turbo's to fail within hrs the seals are not designed to take the heat without the additional cooling.
