Clutch Break-in period

I installed a SPEC stage 3 clutch and it says to go 450 miles of stop/go traffic before "full throttle engagement, drag launching or speed shifting". So does that mean that I can't go WOT even if the clutch is engaged at low rpms for 450 miles? The wording is a little unclear so I thought I'd ask. Thanks.

just don't go breaking traction or dumping the clutch and you'll be fine. Full throttle in a (low end) torqueless rotary is a little different than a V8 that needs a SPEC stage 3 clutch.

try to shift before 6K for 500miles
