Choosing the correct spark plugs after going single?

I was wondering how to choose the correct spark plugs after my single setup is complete?
I have read so many differnt opinions on the board that im kinda lost. According to rx7.com using #9 plugs in all four location is best for anything much over stock.
thanks in advance

We only sell NGK #9's for leading and trailing. Thats what we run and put in customers cars when doing single installs.

Yeah, I've ran 9s on my car even when I had bolt ons. Some people run colder plugs, but unless you're really pushing a lot of power there's really no need.

9's should be fine unless you plan to run it real hard for length of time or plan to go up a lot in boost

I’m running 11’s all the way around, but my car sees 22psi regularly, and goes to the track every chance I get.
