Check out My HKS T04Z

IF any one rembered. I am the guy with HKS T04R turbo kit, and the Bullet nut fell off. After all this. I went to HKS USA and talk to their SALES mananger. He agree to give a good deal on HKS T04Z( so after all, it is not too bad to buy every thing from HKS dealer). So hear I am with HKS Newest Turbo. sitting in my room. and still did not decide should I put this turbo on my FD or not. IF I decide to put it on. then I need to weld a V-band on down pipe. and some new oil line and water line.
it is so hard to decide. Even thought HKS USA give me a pretty good price. but it is still more $$ the GARRET GT turbo.. however I am sure this will be the best turbo you can put on FD for the HP target I am plan to get(400WHP)

In the mean time, Should I Coat my HKS SS exauest manifold? and do any thing to my FD when my turbo is off from the 7?

That's a funky looking turbo! Hopefully you won't run into another problem keeping your nuts attached!

What other turbo's are you thinking of putting on?

I'd coat the manifold.

It says that you have a choice of 3 different types.

.61 a/r, .81 a/r, 1.00 a/r What one do you have? And what is the size of the compressor wheel?

Nice looking turbo!

They want to MAKE $$$ and some guys are just GREEDY, you should visit the local Truck shop to see if they can help you. Or, just go to the best muffler shop in town (they should have a TIG welder).

Here are the AGarrett spec TO4Zs currently available, This is a response to my enquiry at a dealer in AU who has them in stock; Here is the information you were after Garret TO4Z 66mm inducer comp wheel p-trim turbine wheel dual ball bearing watercooled .70 a/r to4r comp cover with 4" inlet most common turbine housings are split pulse

.70/.84/1.00/1.15/1.32/1.52

single pulse

.81 very rare , .96 rare , 1.14

So, get that thing on there so we can buy ours. BTW. they are half the price(regular price of the HKS TO4Z. Carl

$800 down pipe!??

Look in the phone book for custom car builders, restoration shops, places like that. Ask them who does their exhust work, chances are they know a really good exhust guy/welder.

I know a lot of shop can build me a custom pipe. The main reason I want to go there is . If I install this T04Z turbo in HKS PRO dealer. if any thing happend( like my T04R"knock on wood") aleast I can went back to HKS USA and really have nice talk about their stuff.

see if I install other place or do it by myself. I am afraid they will saying some BS to me if any thing happend...

what's wrong with these people. did the NEW EVO or STI owner are a bunch rich kid and have too much money , so XS can just rape people off. or it is a bumb *** guy who answer the phone dont have clue what is he talking about .
I like XS , they done a good service on my RX7. even thought little bit $$. but it got the work done. but I am pretty disapoint about them after the problem of my R. they simply are not willing to help...... or do any things positve

If you can take some measurement of the vband you have on the T04Z, I can have one built for you for half the price. Full 304 Stainless steel and polished, just like the downpie that comes with our T04R kit.
