Cheapest Place to Buy

Where is the Cheapest Place to buy HKS products?

I am specifically looking for the
HKS GT Wastegate $546.00 and the
HKS Race Bypass/BOV 172.20

I've been looking around, and Overboost.com seems like the best candidate so far, and they are not a Mom and Pop store.

Anybody have a better reccomendation? I do have a limited budget for my project and still need to get the actual Turbo (dunno yet) and the E6K, so price DOES matter. I will be buying these in the next couple of days, so Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I was shopping around last night, and www.overboost.com did have decent prices. They were high on some stuff and 1/2 way reasonable on others...

Im looking for guages, EGT,A/F, boost, and a Trubo XS boost controller. But the HKS boost controller looked like a good deal at $100 or so $$$'s

Im still looking Alex, if I find something else I'll post here..

And with Overboost.com, It said something about free shipping over $100 well when I was just toying around with the calculator they tacked a freaking $32 shipping charge on me. Anyways I have a friend that gets stuff cheap from P & E distrubtors in Goodlettsville, TN ,maybe they have what we need?

Thanks Mike, but I couldn't wait any longer. I tried a few other places, and like you said, it was a decent price. I could have gotten it cheaper if I waited longer, or gotten it used, but I didn't want to risk creeping for a few bucks.

I ordered it all this morning from Overboost.com. Total was $738 with shipping ($19.80) It'll take a week or so via UPS ground.

I already have all the gauges from Autometer, the Pro-Comp Ultra-Light series (very nice).

On Dual Pillar Pod:(for a 2nd Gen, modified to fit)
Boost (theres two available , one for 20PSI, the other for 30 PSI)
Fuel Press (Electrical)

Under the Single DIN Radio:
EGT with seperate probe
Water Temp (Electrical)
Oil Press (Electrical)

Where the factory Clock used to live:
A/F Gauge. <= I have read here (do a search) that it doesn't work too well with the Haltec. Something about being too narrow for the Haltech 02 sensor. Might need to add a second 02 sensor for the gauge by itself.

EDIT:Here is some info about the Autometer A/F Gauge WOT modification

I picked up the Fuel Pump at Murrey' Speed shop this morning (it was back-ordered)
Now to finish, all I need is the actual Turbo (undecided) and the E6K.

Well I had a buddy of mine that builds race cars come by and laugh at me, I need him to do the AN / banjo fittings for my turbo. He liked the motor and turbo tho Looked at it a little confused but he was like yeah thats cool, I hear they FLY

So Im really confused now, I need to use Haltech's A/F with the Haltech o2 im getting?

Now on EGT is 1600 high enough thats all I see?

And on the boost guage Ill probally go with a 20 psi one, I doubt I will ever need anything higher

If you put the EGT probe in your downpipe, 1600 will be high enough. In the manifold though, 1600 won't even be close

Thanks, that was the general plan, tap the 'custom made' downpipe for a o2 and a EGT probe Probally in the middle on the side
