How much will this cost? Do I pay for shiping there and back? How fast can this be done?

the title should say it all, "Ill pay someone to prep the nikki" posted in the turbo fourm. Im wanting someone to turbo prep my nikki carb.......................

 

he needs the stock carb set up for blow thru....hes wanting to know if any1 can do it.......its all in the title or im sure he would be willing to do it his self if some of you nice guys would like to tell him how to do it

 

Yeah what ^^^^ said, I mean I CAN do it myself but I dont know all the steps. I cant get anyone to help. What I know that has to be done is:

Emissions removed
choke removal
stronger floats (someone said you can fill them with something but what?)
Vent the bowls (arent they already? maybe they need to be vented better?)
Bigger jets (Im gonna try 465 and go from there)
Mech. 2narys (I have already done this)
Acc Pump mod strealing posted in the 1rst gen facts
Top from a older model nikki (the choke size is bigger, but can the ner one be grinded to match?)
