Hey guys I took my car out tonight, i just got it out of the shop about 3 weeks ago. I have drove it about 2 or 3 times since then. Just wanted to go for a cruise. The car started up no problem. As i was driving i came to a stop and the car just shut off. I started it back up drove down the street some more car died again when i came to a stop started the car up started drivin back had to hit the brakes car dies out and wont start back up. Had to get the bitch towed back to my house. Charged the battery got her to start back up drove her down the street hit the brakes died. Got her to start back up. But as I was drivin I wasnt gettting any boost sounded like the wastegate was stuck open. I have no idea what to do with this car.

Need alittle more info about the car. Where is your vac at idle either on your pfc or boost guage? Who tuned your power fc, have you checked for vacuum leaks? Did you have power FC before the car was in the shop or did the shop install it for you?

 

my idle is bouncing between 500 and 1000. KDR did all my tuning and yes i did have the PFC before i went single. Also this moring i started the car up and it sounds like dirt bike and if you give it gas it will shut off. I think the motor blew. I have no idea why? I have had the car 3 weeks and drove it about 3 times since then. White smoke out the back!!!!

 

What does the smoke smell like, if it smells sweet it could be a coolant seal. Also check your map sensor, when you have a pin hole or its completely disconnected you get the same symptoms..

I cant even get the car to turn over now. Also the car droped anitfreeze

 

Guess you blew the motor, unless your battery is dead. Try pull starting it.

 

please make a note, that you have the anti detonation device on your car. So I would say if your motor is blown that is why.
