Can this turbo work?

I got a question. I have a 3rd gen with twins currently and I have a Garret turbo off a truck hanging around the place and I am considering to put it on the car to make it a single but i dunno if the turbo is suitable as I dont know much about Garrets and there size system. The turbo plate says its a T04E11 with some other serial numbers there. The hot side has a A/R of 1.15 with a divided exhaust entry. The cold side has and A/R of 0.50 and a intake nozzle area of about 2.5-3" in diameter. Tell me what you think about it. I am looking for about 400whp..can this give me that safely and in a good rpm range. Also my freind has T4 turbo with the following: Compressor Housing is ar 0.60 and back housing is ar 0.70, It has a Stage 4 wheel for cheap. Which is the better move for me if any?

very laggy, the large hotside is probably to large depending upon wheel size, and the compressor is probably a small one like a 54 trim or smaller, the number you gave only describe the houseing's not the wheels nobody can tell you anything without more info, but chances are that it will lag badly and the compressor wheel is probably to small.

thanks man. Thats all the info i have on that turbo. do you think the other turbo with where Compressor Housing is ar 0.60 and back housing is ar 0.70 and has a Stage 4 wheel is a better option? I also have to 2 Evo 8 turbos. Was considering to do a custom twin turbo setup with those...any inputs guys?
