I plan on running a dual pump, dual line to dual fuel rails like you said.

But I would have a balance tube between then near the pumps, then run the pumps in a staged setup. I dont need two walbro buzzing along all day, I would rather just have one when Im cruisin.

My single Aeromotive A700 is loud, I dont need anything louder if I can avoid it.

You need an intercooler on that setup.
I was at the dyno this week and if whe didn'nt use a fan to blow on my intercooler the inlet temp was at 46-50 degree. With a fan the temp was 23-25 degree.

E85 has a higher vapor temperature, so it absorbs more heat as it evaporates.

Our college E85 Formula car runs a Turbo CBR600 engine, which breaths through a restrictor.

it made more power without an intercooler, but I dont know how much. I just know they removed it.

I plan on running one.

i bet your formula sae team was running fairly low boost so they can get away with no ic. im guessing you are going to be running fairly high boost so an ic is probably going to be necessary.

in fact, I think they ran without any boost control at all. They run a fairly small restrictor (like 20mm) in that class. I have no idea what there boost levels were, but I saw no wastegate on the engine.
