Bridgeport 13b s4 will a HX40 bring me power and good spool??

Bridgeport 13b s4 will a HX40 bring me power and good spool??

So my motor ATM is supporting a GT35r garrett but I'm looking at running a HX40 Cummings turbo about 20psi. What results an I looking at lads?
Also anyone know how the T76 cheep Chinese turbos are on a 13b with a bridgeport?

There are 2 different HX40s, the regular one and the Super. The Super is closest to a GT35r, but its journal bearing, not BB. The Super has a 60mm/86mm comp wheel and moves almost 70# of air.

The problem with the HX40 is that it almost always comes with an internal wastegate turbine housing in a smallish AR.

If your GT35r is healthy, there isn't much benefit in switching to the Holset.

Ok cheers lads, well it's on it's way out now so looking to change. Thinking more on the lines of a gt42. But tbh iv heard a lot of good things on theses Chinese gt45s......
