Hey, so I bought a project car, it's not my first turbo car, and it's not my first 400hp ++ car too, so I'm ok with that, but it is my first rotary !

So I did read alot before buying that car cause obviously it needs work.

I'm looking at going near the 500whp range, since the last owner of the car said he did that kind of power.

What I need to get it running
Rad, intercooler, engine management, primaries injectors.

I thought about this, and will buy
-Aftermarket aluminium rad ( Koyo or mishimoto )
-Trust FMIC ( found it for cheap in a shop )
-Power FC

For injectors, I'm supposed to have the stock secondary fuel setup on it ( didn't have time to look every parts ), so I thought about putting these on the primary fuel rail ( will need an adapter right ? )
and then buy 1600cc secondary fuel setup.
Is this too much ?

Will also run premix, so OMP delete..

Will also run 50/50 water/meth auxiliary injection... right now I'm looking at AEM kit, looks pretty good and price is more then ok. I think they have a 550cc, is this enough ?

Any other thing I should know ?

 

Oh and also someone told me that running 50/50 water/meth needs me to buy some kind of ignition amplifier so the spark is stronger ? Is this true ?

your list looks good, 500whp is very obtainable with a T78. for your primary injectors you will need to mod the primary rail to hold the 850CC injectors. as for secondaries i would recommend 1680's the 1600's should be fine but better to have more fuel than needed. you will need an ignition amp the HKS twin power unit is a very good one, and for water meth the AEM unit is also a very good choice. all this with a good tune should put you at or above 500RWHP.

 

550 primaries will be fine. 850 primaries really aren't necessary, and they do increase the hassle of getting the car to idle well. For your goals there are 2200cc injectors available now that you can put in the secondary position.
