Boosting Problems (With Video)

Hello all. Just got my new rebuild broken in, and I am having some boosting issues. I think that it could be that the turbo has takin it's last stand, and I have another one lying around with a rebuild kit, just wanted a second opinion on this. Here is a list of what my car has to start off with for a proper diagnosis:
-Street Port engine with 1100 miles on it.
-8 Lb. ACT Lightned Flywheel
-Six Puck ACT Clutch
-Apexi Blow Off Valve
-Apexi SAFCII Piggyback fuel management system
-AEM UEGO Wideband O2 Sensor
-All emmissions devices blocked (but all kept in box for passing emmissions)
-CorkSport 80mm Catback
-Optima Battery
-Stewart Werner Boost Gauge
-Manual Boost Controller
-KnightSports Fuel Cut Defencer
-Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
The car pulls hard but I am only getting about 2-3 pounds of boost. I have also posted a video on YouTube of a 1st-3rd Small Pull to really get the picture of whats happening.

Thanks for any help guys!

car seems to be pulling to hard for only 2-3 pounds of boost...It could just be a faulty boost gauge..or at least check the lines to see if there is any kinks or leaks to rule it out,the plastic line that goes to the gauge likes to kink and somtimes crack due to heat...but car seems to be pulling more than 3 pounds of boost..

does you car smoke at start up or while boosting? if it doesn't than your turbo's should still be good, especially if it pulls still.

See that's exactly what I thought aswell, but I also have just installed a manual boost controller in the past couple of days. No matter what kind of adjustment I do to it, it still reads only 2-3 lbs. of boost. Even if the turbo had been bad and it was going out, the wastegate would still be controlling that "bad boost" that the bad turbo was producing. So this then leads me to believe that it could be the wastegate it self. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if your altering the amount of boost pressure going to the wastegate to modulate the curtain amount of engine boost that you want to run, even with a bad turbo wouldn't you think that it would have atleast some effect on it?

Turbos need to be really blown to not create any boost (destroyed wheels). Check your boost with a different gauge, and make sure there are no check valves from where that air source is taken from.

Your speedometer doesn't work. lol. I have the same issues with my car since I did the TII swap.

Where did you tap in for your boost reference signal? Car does seem to pull hard but really its hard to say with a video and not being there. I would verify proper gauge operation, if gauge is good, make sure your pulling the signal from a good source. Good there. Pressure check intake system. etc.
