boost conroller problem
i have mechanical boost controller on a 3rd gen 7,my problem is it wont work right.i have the bottom w/g line feeding into the manifold.and i have the top w/g line coming from the manifold to the boost controller to the w/g and boost gauge line.do i need it the other way around?i hear my w/g open up fine.also how much is it for a 3 bar map sensor and where can i get one of those?

A mechanical boost controller should be installed between the wastegate and boost source. So you have a line going from the wastegate to the boost controller and another going from the boost controller to the boost source. You should be running that line to a non-vacuum boost source, such as the little nipple that sticks out of the compressor.
